All Big Mattress Co® mattresses are handmade for order. So expect 35 to 40 working days before shipment. *Current lead times are 7-8 weeks for mattresses.
Our mattresses will arrive in 3 boxes to your front door. This allows easy transportation to your room of choice.
We ship our mattresses through LTL nationwide carriers.
If you’re looking to return your mattress, please contact customer service at (802) 362-8053. From there, we will arrange a return number for pickup.
