How do mattress returns work?
Your trial begins when your products are delivered. If you're not happy within the 100 nights, contact us to initiate your return.
We'll arrange for a courier to remove your package. (You will not need your original box.)
We'll do our best to donate your mattress to a local charity.
Your original form of payment will be refunded in full. (This will take 2-3 days after pickup)

How long before I receive my order?
All Big Mattress Co® mattresses are handmade for order. So expect 20 to 30 business days before shipment.
How does the mattress delivery work?
Our mattresses will arrive in 3 boxes to your front door. This allows easy transportation to your room of choice.

We ship our mattresses through LTL nationwide carriers.
What if I need to return my mattress?
If you’re looking to return your mattress, please contact customer service at (802) 362-8053. From there, we will arrange a return number for pickup.
